Helping parties reach agreements using a neutral mediator

About Oklahoma Dispute Mediation Services

Our Mission

At Oklahoma Dispute Mediation Services we are dedicated to assisting people in resolving conflict outside the courtroom.  We provide guidance with discussions to help parties make decisions on their own and without having to go to court.  It is our goal to assist people in a settlement that is best for everyone and lets you be the decision maker.  Our focus is on the needs, rights and interest of all parties involved.

Why Mediation

Mediation is a form of dispute resolution which allows the involved parties to be the decision makers.  It increases the control each party has over the resolution.  Mediation is focused on the people involved and aids in the negotiated settlement between those involved.

Confidential

Mediation is confidential. No one but the parties and the mediator know what took place in a mediation session.  The mediator will not discuss, orally or written, any part of the mediation sessions.  There will not be any type of recording of any mediation sessions.
